The space:
As you set foot through the front door, you'll be awed by the magnificent wide open living space. As you make your way in, the finishes are breathtaking, including brand new 2022 kitchen boasting quartz countertops, soft close cabinetry, tile backsplash encasing the new windows, SS appliances to include a French-door refrigerator, built in dishwasher, and stove with inclusive air-fryer, oversized farmhouse sink, and custom built pantry and new vent hood.
The bedrooms are split and offer privacy and generous space. Updated bathroom with granite top, new commode, original Carrara marble floors, and custom glass barn shower door. Appointed with tasteful custom window treatments, new ceiling fans, endless storage.
Deep single car attached garage houses the laundry, more storage, water softener, and has more than ample space to park a larger vehicle, truck or store your toys, plus has an extended driveway.
There's another deck perfect for entertaining guests, overlooking the enormous fenced back yard, where you'll have countless fires over your stone fire-pit!

Summary: Truly enjoyed our stay here. Nice backyard and plenty of room for the dogs to roam and play. Not a super far distance from downtown.

Summary: The host was awesome. The house is close to everything but also in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to a park. The house was very clean. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Summary: My son, grandson, and myself stayed for couple nights over Thanksgiving to attend festivities for Nights of Lights. Great location for this event. We watched horse and carriages go right by the house, an added treat. The yard is big. It was chilly so built fire in pit and had s’mores. Driveway fit my Toyota RAV4 and my sons Kia Telluride. Very quiet after 9. Cozy, great shower, comfortable beds. Our Thanksgiving Day plans got cancelled so we cooked turkey & trimmings at the house. Kitchen & appliances more than adequate. The host was contacted once and responded very quickly. Would stay again.

Summary: Gtreat place to stay. Pet friendly, fenced in back yard for pets. Driveway a little short for our truck and trailer but we made it. City needs to spray for mosquitos, with all the rain they were terrible. Enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This is a great vrbo. Good location, great backyard with a fire pit and nice deck. Neighbors were friendly too. My only gripe was the amount of towels they provided. We were a group of 4 and booked as such and we got only 4 towels.

Summary: This was the perfect place for our overnight in Saint Augustine. It was spotless and the location couldn't be better. We could walk to all of the shops and restaurants and Lake Maria Sanchez is only a block or two away!
